Ian Ross

Ian Ross has over 30 years of knowledge and experience regarding individual and small business accounting and taxation needs. Ian started the family business in 1982 and has provided clients with personalised, professional service for many years. Ian has created life long business relationships with countless clients.

Ashley Ross

Manager Chartered Accountant (B. Com CA)

Ashley Ross commenced his accounting career with an international accounting and consulting firm. Ashley specialised in providing business services advice to independent businesses and their owners. Ashley spent a period of time overseas in the UK to further his accounting experience. Soon after completing his chartered accounting qualification, Ashley joined the family business in 2004.

Elizabeth Bartal

Senior Accountant (B. Bus CPA)

Liz joined the team in September 2009 bringing over 15 years of accounting and taxation experience. Liz commenced her career in the taxation and business services arena and has also spent a number of years in industry as a financial controller for a minerals exploration company. On completion of her CPA qualification, Liz re-entered the profession where she continues to expand her involvement in relation to small business accounting and taxation needs.

Rachel Stafford

Accountant / Workflow Administrator

Rachel Stafford joined the family business in 1996 to help provide key accounting support and administration assistance. Rachel has an intimate knowledge of our clients and provides valuable support regarding client needs and assisting with the day to day running of the practice.

Janine Southcott

Accountant

Up until April 2009, Janine has been our receptionist and has provided assistance with the day to day running of the office. Now Janine will focus her duties on accounting support and will be working 2 days per week.

Silvia Biondo

ASIC compliance

Silvia first joined the practice in September 2006 and recently returned to one day employment in August 2008. Silvia has excellent communication skills and has extensive experience in office support and administration and her corporate secretarial knowledge is invaluable.

Jo Sperling

Reception / Office Administration

Jo has extensive experience in office support and administration assistance and will be working full time. Jo previously worked for a listed ASX company.

Diane McCaffrey

Bookkeeper

Diane has 20 years of bookkeeping and accounts experience. She has worked for a variety of organisations in that time from chartered accountants to small to medium sized businesses.

Graduate Accountant

We are pleased to welcome to our team Adam James. Adam joined the team in May 2010 as a full time Graduate Accountant.

Tony Strahan

Consultant

Tony joined the team in October 2008 and works 2 days per week.
Tony, is a Chartered Accountant with vast experience in accounting, taxation and auditing matters. Tony has worked in a large international firm of Chartered Accountants and later became a partner in his own firm.
During the past few years, Tony has assisted clients in succession planning and business growth strategies.

Continuing Study

All practicing accountants are required to comply with continuing professional development and regularly attend seminars, business forums and training days.

Our administration team are currently undertaking certificate IV in Business Administration to better improve their skills and enhance efficiency.
